NextGen closed on the land for this project in January of 2022. While we fully capitalized the equity to commence development, we communicated with our investors in May of 2022 that we were going to hold until the market stabilized. A testament to our conservative and future-focused nature, we were nearly a year ahead of other developers in taking the prudent route.
