Rex Riley

Rex has a long-standing passion for property development. From hands-on learning of all of the trades during his youth, to working for the largest multi-family builder in The Valley in the 80s & 90s, Rex has a deep knowledge and innate love for turning undeveloped land into beautiful places for people to live.

Rex has been in the construction industry in Arizona for over 35 years and has been involved in building over 11,000 residential units including single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, apartments, and conversions - as well as a few commercial projects. Throughout his career he has worked with owners, homeowners, design consultants, city officials, and subcontractors, consistently leading projects to successful outcomes. Rex challenges himself to improve upon every project and has the distinct honor of a namesake property with NextGen, The Riley.
