Avenue 25

Construction on Avenue 25 began in 2012. This development marked NextGen as one of the first developers to launch a project after the Great Financial Crisis. Not only did NextGen successfully develop quickly after the crisis, but we also delivered a 70%+ IRR to our valued investment partners. Avenue 25 was sold in April of 2014.
